GRANT WRITING // 04

Ultimate Thinking Psychological Consultants (UTPC) provide innovative, professional services for corporations and organizations that seek to design, evaluate, and analyze programs for grant funding. Corporations and organizations that desire to provide important psychosocial services to their target population have a huge undertaking in obtaining the funding to provide the necessary programs that are effective in treatment. Oftentimes, the most ideal way to secure this funding is acquiring a grant, and this task involves the skills of a professional grant writer.

In Program Evaluation, the consultants emphasize periodic appraisal and monitoring of the changes in attitudes and behaviors and social interactions of the targeted population. This facet also focuses on the overall performance of the program as well as concrete ways to improve the program toward reaching its intended goal. During the Program Evaluation phase, we can assist you with obtaining funding for the implementation and/or maintenance of new or existing programs to assess the program effectiveness via data collection, data management and analysis, needs assessment, and outcome. As a Resource Consultant, we may also participate as a member of an interdisciplinary staff team for assisting with management of challenging or complex cases. Depending on the hiring capacity, the consultants can make recommendations for the management and treatment of individuals and assist with decisions concerning referral of clients to trained staff for psychological problems or for transfer to a more appropriate placement. As a Resource Consultant, UTPC can offer specific advisement for child and family counseling programs, supervision and training of practicum students and predoctoral psychology interns, administering and supervision of psychological testing of children and adults. In addition, in the role of Resource Consultant, the professionals can assist with providing advice, opinions, and knowledge of research and evaluation techniques, results and findings to institutional staff.
